TEEP PROGRAM 2024
Welcome Party for Mariya Nissar. Please extend a warm welcome to Miss Mariya Nissar, who joins us via TEEP program. Her background is from Department of Applied Sciences and Humanities, Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), India. I would like to thank many LAB partners for making Mariya's experience in LAB a pleasant one. Having Mariya join the lab and taking advantage of her excellent abilities, I am confident the results of our lab's research this year will be outstanding. ~ The Taiwan Experience Education Program (TEEP) was launched in 2015 by the Taiwan Ministry of Education (MOE) to encourage more international students to participate in short-term professional internship projects organized by Taiwanese universities and colleges. ~ JMI is one of the top public universities in New Delhi, India. It is ranked #851-900 in QS World University Rankings 2025. JMI has secured the first position among all the central universities in the country in the ranking that was released by the Ministry of Education with a score of 90 per cent. It was ranked 12th in India overall by the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) in 2023, 3rd among universities.

New Lab Members
Welcome Party for Our New Lab Members Prof. Chi Wen Lung graciously hosted a welcoming dinner at Islamic En De Yuan Dumpling Restaurant to celebrate and introduce our newest lab members. It was a fantastic evening, with great food and warm conversations, as we got to know each other better and shared in the excitement of new beginnings. We’re thrilled to have Prof. Bayu Widiantoro joining us as a PhD. student from Indonesia, along with Miss Maria Qubtia and Mr. Muhammad Talal from Pakistan, both selected as TEEP internship. Their diverse experiences and fresh perspectives are sure to bring a lot to our lab community! Here’s to welcoming our new members and looking forward to collaborative achievements ahead!

Diwali party 2024
A big shoutout to TEEP student Mariya Nissar for her amazing dedication in volunteering to organize the Diwali Party 2024 at Asia University, Taichung! With Mariya’s hard work and enthusiasm, the event was a joyful success, bringing students, faculty, and friends together to enjoy the vibrant spirit of Diwali. From decorations to activities, Mariya’s contributions helped make this celebration full of warmth, light, and happiness.
Farewell party 2024
Prof. Chi Wen Lung hosted a farewell party for Ms. Mariya Nissar to celebrate the completion of her internship. It was a memorable evening filled with delicious food, meaningful conversations, and laughter. Prof. Lung shared inspiring words, reflecting on Mariya's dedication and hard work throughout her time here. We all celebrated her achievements and look forward to the amazing future ahead of her.
